just over 4 inches and still a young'un, ha ha. in the beginning, i never saw myself with one of these, but recently, i just decided to get one. i guess no tarantula collection is really complete without the famed goliath birdeater.

How much did it cost? I always see the larger ones at around $100 so I'm just curious what a smaller one goes for. I'm not thinking of getting a goliath anytime soon though, I try to stick to the more docile ones XP

Oh, gorgeous. I just have a Pink toe myself, but One day, when I have the space for a Tarantual collection, I'll be getting a birdeater too. Can't wait to see more pictures as she grows!

i personally prefer the larger, more defensive species. but i have been thinking about getting some kind of pinktoe to match my username (avicularia/aviculor).
